"Moved from a 2-bedroom apartment in Montvale to a duplex condo in Mahwah on July 27 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Twins Moving Service. Alex and Brett were excellent from the start. Clear communication, fast turnaround on the certificate of insurance and paperwork, and very easy to work with. On moving day, three movers (including the twins themselves) showed up about 10 minutes early with no extra charge. They were super careful with all the furniture, stayed professional the entire time, and still had a friendly, laid-back vibe that made the whole process feel low-stress. Even when we more than tripled the number of boxes at the last minute, they just handled it without any drama. They worked about five hours but only charged us for four, and even took a quick water break without adding anything to the bill. Pricing was noticeably better than the movers we’ve used the last two times we moved. Highly recommend Twins Moving Service. Alex, Brett, and the crew made an otherwise stressful day feel easy."
